Bancci are looking to employ a showroom manager to work from our London showroom.


Job Summary:


The Showroom Manager’s responsibility will include, but not be limited to the following duties:


  • Be the face of the showroom and look after ‘walk in’ visitors.

  • Understand and know the product range and stories. – names, details, specification options. Have an understanding of the competition.

  • Have good knowledge of fabrics/colours. Know the showroom layout and spec. – showroom guide updates for reference.

  • Manage hospitality for visits, food orders and refreshments. This will also include evening events.

  • Make sure that stock levels are topped up. Kitchens, samples, brochures.

  • Ensure the space is clear/clean.

  • Ensure the furniture is positioned correctly and kept up to standard.

  • Cooperation with and first class support of Sales staff in all administrative matters to deliver a highly professional approach to our clients.

  • Producing quotations and accurate pricing documents.

  • Maintaining high level quality of internal and external correspondence.

  • Proactive contribution to the development of quality and efficiency in the Sales Support Process.
